Double Diamond Chefs catered both my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and all I have to say WOW!!!! Their food is beyond incredible!!!!!! They worked closely with us to put together both menus and had my fiancé and I over to their home for the tasting in a family dinner. They were excellent about communication and we couldn't have asked for better service for both events. The food both days was out of this world!!! Adam of Double Diamond prepared a Christmas week dinner for ten family members. The setting was casual and the menu offered halibut or steak filets complete with appetizers and desserts. The food preparation was excellent and Adam handled a few odd requests from the kids with ease. During the evening Adam and Scott fit in almost like they were part of the family. We found them to be very helpful in menu selection and the meals were served right on time. Better than eating out.

My family and I celebrated my mother's 70th birthday in Vail, and I wanted to surprise her with a catered birthday dinner. I spoke with a few caterers in Vail, but talking with Adam I felt he really got what I was looking for in the meal. I was a little nervous about hiring a caterer without sampling their food but when I walked into the condo where Adam and his brother were preparing the dinner and saw the homemade pasta drying on a rack I knew I'd hired the right catering company. They worked their butts off creating appetizers, salad, and a two entree meal for the 9 of us in a very small kitchen. The grilled chicken and fresh vegetable (bought from the local farmers market that day) pasta was very good, my father said the chicken was done almost perfectly. The halibut with mango chutney was a very creative dish and some of the best fish I've had.
Adam and his brother were very friendly, open and completely understanding when our 2 year old kept running into the kitchen wanting to watch them work. They answered all of our questions about hiking in the Vail area, how they got their start in catering, and their favorite restaurants in the area.
I would have no trouble recommending Double Diamond to anyone looking to hire a creative, professional, and talented catering company in the Vail Valley.

We recently engaged Double Diamond Chefs for a company outing in Vail. When the six of us arrived back at our townhouse from a full day of skiing, we were delighted to see Adam already at work preparing our dinner. Later that evening, we were treated to a gourmet 4 course meal, with each course more delicious than the one before. Not only was the food absolutely scrumptious, but the whole experience was truly luxurious.

Each dinner was prepared on site from start to finish and each meal was absolutely delicious. He used fresh organic ingredients; served us family style as we had requested and his menus were designed to meet our needs perfectly. My grandchildren (3 and 7) enjoyed each and every meal!
