Since 2010, Chef Adam has been providing visitors and locals alike unique and exciting dining experiences from the comfort of their mountain homes or rental units. What started as a ski-trip tradition became a lifelong passion that is best shared with others, making each event a special occasion. Family dinners, celebrations, corporate retreats, cocktail parties, intimate weddings, cooking demonstrations, and even out on the trail, our chefs take pride in using the freshest ingredients to create memorable events for each guest.
